The focus then moves north to the Samburu National Reserve, your chance to see the diverse wildlife of Kenya’s drier savannahs, including several animals absent from the Masai Mara National Reserve, the third chapter to this wildlife-intensive safari. The Masai Mara is, of course, most famous for the annual and seasonal Wildebeest Migration.  Your accommodation – Mara Intrepids Camp – is well positioned for dramatic river crossings when the wildebeest herds arrive from the neighbouring Serengeti and is an amazing game-viewing destination at any time of year.
